SYDNEY, Aug 13 AAP - The NSW Snow Report for Wednesday August 13, 2003:

THREDBO: A cloudy day with rain and moderate winds forecast. The snow cover is softand wet from top to bottom. Groomed runs will provide the best conditions today, withCrackenback and High Noon supertrails the pick for the advanced, Merritts best for intermediatesand Friday Flat for beginners. All lifts are expected to operate.

PERISHER: An overcast sky and drizzly periods expected today. The snow cover is softand slow due to the overnight rain. The best runs will be Sun Valley, Hidden Valley atInterceptor, Zali's and Guthega. 51 lifts will be open.

CHARLOTTE PASS VILLAGE: Foggy with winds strengthening throughout the day. Overnightrain has made the snow soft with a firm base underneath. Groomed runs will offer the bestskiing and boarding. Groomer's pick is T Bar Face. All lifts are expected to operate.

SELWYN: Overcast with rain turning to snow. A slower, softer, rain-affected snow surfacetoday. Racecourse, Township, Tunnel Run, Home Run and New Chum are the best places toski and board. 6 lifts will be open.
